California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional information for California residents about their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the preceding 12 months, NakedPnL has collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

Right to Know
You have the right to request that NakedPnL disclose the following information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies (for example, if we need to retain the data to comply with a legal obligation or complete a transaction).
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
NakedPnL does not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no need to opt out. Should this practice ever change, we will update this page and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
Right to Non-Discrimination
NakedPnL will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates, or impose penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of service.
- Suggest you may receive a different price or level of service.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request to know or a request to delete, you may:
- Email us at privacy@nakedpnl.com with the subject line “CCPA Request”.
- Use the self-service data controls in your account settings.
Verification Process
When you submit a request, we will verify your identity by matching information you provide against the information we have on file. For requests to know specific pieces of personal information, we may require additional verification. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, provide the agent with signed, written permission and verify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, the authorized agent may provide a power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.
Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 10 business days of receiving your request.
- Substantive response: Within 45 calendar days of receiving your verifiable request.
- Extension: If reasonably necessary, up to an additional 45 calendar days with written notice.
