Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Prorated refund inside 14 days of your first payment on Pro and Fund/Desk. Founding Lifetime is 14-day refundable, after that it's a one-time non-refundable purchase (that's the scarcity model). Your verified chain stays with you either way.

Refund terms by plan

Prorated refund = the unused portion of your current billing period. Annual plans cancelled inside 14 days receive a full refund of the annual fee.

How to cancel

The fastest path is the self-serve billing portal inside your account:

1. Sign in at nakedpnl.com/auth/signin
2. Open Account and click “Manage billing” — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab
3. Choose “Cancel plan” and confirm
4. You'll get an email receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period unless you also request a prorated refund

If you want a refund, either tick the refund box in the portal or email contact@nakedpnl.com from the address on your account. Include your handle so we can pull the right subscription.

How to request a refund

Email contact@nakedpnl.com with the following:

• Your NakedPnL handle or account email
• Stripe receipt number (from the Stripe receipt email), if handy
• Reason (optional, for our records)

We acknowledge within one business day and process the refund to your original payment method. Once Stripe approves the reversal (usually same-day), the funds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on credit card statements and 2 to 5 business days for UPI / netbanking / debit card in India.

What happens to your data after cancellation

Your verified performance chain belongs to you regardless of subscription status. On cancellation:

• Your public profile remains live at /trader/[username] if you were verified
• The hash chain + Bitcoin anchors continue to be independently verifiable forever
• Pro-only features (unlimited exchanges, full history, clean badge) are disabled
• Downgraded Fund/Desk orgs keep their LP-viewer links accessible through the end of the paid period, then links stop validating
• You can resubscribe anytime from /pricing. Your data picks back up where it was

Full account deletion (removes profile, chain, everything) is separate and permanent — request via privacy@nakedpnl.com.

Disputes, chargebacks, GST

Dispute a charge through your card issuer only after giving support a chance to resolve it. Chargebacks opened without contacting us typically delay the refund by weeks while the card network adjudicates, not faster.

GST invoices are issued automatically to your account email for every successful charge. When a refund is processed, an equivalent credit note is issued and the GST is reversed at the same time.
